SPITBRAAI FOR 3000 PEOPLE
All the way to Alexander bay to do a Spitbraai for 3000 People. We had to prepare coleslaw, 3000 pieces of chicken, 3000 pieces of sausage, 3000 Garlic Potatoes, butter 3000 Hamburger Rolls and Hotdog Rolls, cut tomatoes, lettuce and onions and prepare 44 Lamb. Let's not forget the dishing of all 3000 plates.
